Blaine Construction Corporation held its annual company meeting on January 23rd, where Kim Enoch from the Knoxville AGC presented Blaine Construction with the 2008 Safety Excellence Award for the state of Tennessee in the General Contractor Category.  Thank You to Kim and to the Knoxville AGC for this honor.
